Fill out the mail-in request form. Once your mail-in request has been received, and approved, you will receive an email with all the info required for your job. All mail-in jobs are subject to AJ I.T Services terms and conditions.
PLEASE NOTE: AJ I.T Services can not be held responsible for any undocumented devices or devices that have been sent without any prior knowledge. You must fill in this mail-in request form first!
Attach a piece of paper or sticker with your full name, contact number, your return address and the device login passcode/ password.
Package the device well in bubble wrap or other packaging materials. If the device isn’t a phone or tablet, please provide the charger too. Please clean the device first if necessary. Do not include any cases, accessories, usb sticks etc.
Package the bubble wrapped contents in a rigid cardboard box, closed securely with sticky tape.

Turnaround time for mail-in tech repairs typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days, depending on several factors including the type of device, the nature of the repair, and the volume of incoming requests. Customers are usually updated throughout the process, and expedited options may be available for urgent repairs, though these can come with additional costs. It's also advisable for customers to factor in shipping time to and from AJ I.T Services when estimating total turnaround time.
AJ I.T Services uses Royal Mail Special Delivery for all return shipping, this includes compensation cover up to £750 and additional compensation cover available up to £2,500. If your device exceeds £750 in value, the appropriate additional cover will be applied to cover the full value of the device to cover any damage during shipping. Please see Royal Mail pricing below:
Please note: There is a £5.00 packaging fee as we use our own packaging for return shipping to minimise any potential damage.
Any devices that have been sent to AJ I.T Services without filling in this form, being approved or without any prior knowledge will not be accepted for repair and will be sent straight back to you. You will be liable to cover return shipping costs and a £35.00 fee to cover the extra time returning the device(s).
